With more than ten years of experience, Mark is a passionate expert in the field of bio-pharmaceutical process development. He worked together with several Top 25 Pharma companies in different projects targeting their needs in process development and understanding. After his PhD he decided to found a company together with other enthusiastic engineers from the fields of process modeling and control. Together they want to turn their passion into a career.

Roger graduated in Industrial Electronics and Automatic Control Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC - EUETIB) and a master in Industrial Engineering (speciality Electrical, UPC - ETSEIAT). He is working on the implementation of the Novasign toolboxes and the design, programming and automation of laboratory equipment.

Maximilian is a professional with over 5 years of experience in the field of Bioprocessing. He earned a master’s degree in Technical Chemistry from the TU Vienna and a PhD in Bioprocessing from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences. Maximilian develops innovative solutions to model various bioprocess units and collaborates closely with Novasign’s clients to deliver successful modeling projects.

Armin is a senior software developer with more than 7 years of experience working on various software development projects. He has done his bachelor in software engineering and his master's education in computer architecture, where he dug into AI and deep learning fields thanks to his master thesis subject. He adds his valuable c#, ASP.net and JavaScript knowledge to develop the Novasign Toolboxes and Portal.

Ali is a Full-Stack Senior Software Developer with over 5 years of experience in .NET, SQL and front-end development using React, Nextjs, VueJs, and jQuery. He holds a master's degree in Business Computer where his studies mainly focused on business intelligence and software development.

Benedikt studied biotechnology at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna where he specialized in bioprocess engineering. After gaining experience in recombinant protein production, cell cultivation and process analytics at the Institute of Bioprocess Science and Engineering, he is now working on hybrid models for upstream as well as downstream process operations.

Vanessa is an experienced professional with a Master's degree in Biotechnology at Tecnologico de Monterrey, and additional training in Data Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She has expertise in bioprocess, enabling her to develop innovative solutions in a variety of biotech industries. She evaluates processes upstream and downstream using machine learning algorithms.

Oksana is a marketing professional with more than 13 years of experience in 3D printing, automotive, agriculture, insurance, and tv industries. She earned a bachelor's degree in marketing and a master's degree in business administration. Oksana is responsible for developing marketing and communication strategy at Novasign.
